- You have 15 calendar days to return items from the date you received it.
- To qualify for return, your item must be unused and under the same conditions that you receive it. Your project must be packaged in the original.
- Authorization must be obtained before return. Tools returned without this authorization will not be accepted. If it is a customized product, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
